Eurosatory 2026: Ideas, Conversations, and a Renewed Conviction

For several days, Eurosatory brought together manufacturers, institutions, armed forces, international organizations, and specialized companies from around the world in Paris.

Beyond the scale of the event or the technologies on display, the greatest value of a trade show like this lies in the conversations.

Listening to how manufacturers’ needs are evolving, exchanging perspectives with professionals from different countries, and comparing experiences with other industry stakeholders provides something that is difficult to gain elsewhere: perspective.

And that perspective is precisely one of the main reasons why we continue to invest in participating in events like these.

For those of us who took part in this edition, Eurosatory was also a transformative experience. An opportunity to broaden our perspective, discover new possibilities, and better understand the role we play within a global industry that is as complex as it is interconnected.

Listening to Continue Creating Value

One of the most rewarding aspects of Eurosatory was the opportunity to exchange ideas with manufacturers, suppliers, experts, and institutions from different markets and environments.

Every conversation brings a different perspective.

Some help us better understand the challenges manufacturers are facing.

Others reveal emerging needs, evolving priorities, or alternative ways of approaching common challenges.

And many reinforce something we have observed for some time: adaptability, responsiveness, and supply chain reliability continue to grow in importance as programs become increasingly complex.

For a company like Torrents Defense Support, these conversations have direct value.

They help us better understand our customers’ real needs and continue evolving the way we work in order to respond more accurately to their expectations.

Because innovation is not only about adopting new technologies. It is also about listening, learning, and turning knowledge into meaningful improvements.

Being Part of Something Bigger

Eurosatory was also an opportunity to reflect on something that can easily go unnoticed in day-to-day work.

No company grows alone.

Behind the international presence of companies like ours lies a network of institutions, business associations, industry organizations, and hundreds of professionals who contribute every day to the development of Spain’s defense industrial ecosystem.

For this reason, we would like to express our appreciation for the work carried out by organizations such as the Ministry of Defence, ICEX, and TEDAE, as well as all those entities that help promote the international reach of Spanish industry.

Their efforts enable specialized companies to access new markets, create opportunities, and continue growing while remaining rooted in their communities.

From Los Vélez to the world

For us, this insight has a particularly meaningful dimension.

Our operations are based in the Los Vélez region, within the Sierra de María-Los Vélez Natural Park. This unique environment is part of our identity and the place where we have carried out our activity for more than four decades.

Every new opportunity, every new customer, and every step forward helps sustain a business project that provides employment, knowledge, and stability for nearly one hundred families.

But they also remind us of something we never lose sight of: growth only makes sense when it creates value for the people who make it possible.

That is why being part of a strong industry is not only an economic or business matter. It is also a way of contributing to the development of our local community and continuing to create opportunities for those who are part of it.

Ideas that will shape the future

We leave Paris with new ideas, new conversations, and a broader perspective on the challenges and opportunities that will shape the years ahead.

Participating in an event like Eurosatory allows us to observe trends, discover different approaches, and gain a deeper understanding of how the needs of manufacturers, institutions, and organizations around the world continue to evolve.

But above all, it allows us to return with new questions.

Questions about how to continue improving processes, how to create greater value for customers, and how to anticipate the changes that are already transforming the industry.

For us, that is probably the greatest value of events like these: the opportunity to pause for a few days, listen, learn, and return to work with fresh perspectives.

Because continuous improvement is not built solely on accumulated experience. It is also driven by curiosity, by the ability to observe what is happening around us, and by the constant willingness to keep evolving.

That is, perhaps, one of the most important lessons we take away from Eurosatory 2026.
