On the morning of Friday, February 20, the third edition of the Maimón Trail was presented. It will be held on Sunday, May 24, in Vélez-Blanco (Almería), an outdoor sporting event that has established itself as one of the most important events on the regional calendar.

For this edition, Torrents Defense Support will serve as the event’s official sponsor, further reinforcing its commitment to the local community and to initiatives that generate a positive social impact.

The III Maimón Trail will take place in the surroundings of the Sierra de María–Los Vélez Natural Park, offering participants a choice of trail running routes (short and long distance) as well as a hiking option.

The organizers expect between 350 and 400 athletes, reflecting the steady growth and consolidation of the event.

The day’s program will begin early in the morning with participant check-in and race number collection, followed by staggered starts between 8:30 and 9:10 a.m.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and will be attended, among others, by the company’s CEO, Isabel Torrents.
